Bloom Values

Lately, I’ve been thinking about my personal and professional core values. 

Who am I? [Who is my business?]

What do I stand for? [What does my business stand for?]

What am I working towards? [What is my business working towards?]

When I first envisioned starting a business, it looked entirely different from what it has become today. This transformation has been the result of years of honest reflection and exploration. Where I’ve ended up is far from where I initially thought I was headed, but it feels much more aligned with who I am and what I truly want to create.

This process has NOT been linear, let me tell you! But it has been extremely rewarding and worthwhile.

My business is a reflection of who I am, both personally and professionally. Taking the time to deeply reflect on my values for BLOOM has been incredibly rewarding, as it has also given me clarity on how I want my professional life to take shape.

Whether I’m offering a business service or working for an employer, these are the values I will always bring forward:

-what arises as a result of the interactions between the parts of the learning environment; the transformation that may place 

I will be further exploring, building on, and adding depth to each of my values. But for now, these are them!
